A professional, lid-mounted temperature gauge with glow-in-the-dark accents displays accurate temperatures, so you always know the cooking temperature inside your grill. You can control the cooking temperatures by opening and closing the dampers, allowing more oxygen to flow in and out of the smoker to fire up the flames and raise the temperature in the cooking chamber, or gradually closing the vents to limit oxygen flow and lower the temperature.
